Sydney Swans and former Hawthorn star forward Lance Franklin has reportedly flown down to Melbourne early ahead of this weekend's game to catch up with good mate Jarryd Roughead.
According to Fox Sports News reporter Neroli Meadows, Franklin flew down to be alongside his premiership team-mate and good friend, after the recent news during the week that Roughead's melanoma has returned, and spread throughout his body.

Franklin and Roughead were drafted in the same year in 2005, alongside Jordan Lewis with all three being big players in Hawthorn's recent success.
The Hawks will meet with Buddy's Swans tomorrow night at the MCG in a mouth-watering contest.
